Hometown Heroes

Sisseton's Chapter of Modern Woodmen of America named its Hometown Hero for 2026 at the Sisseton Teacher's Appreciation dinner on May 19.  The school cooks were awarded this honor for their dedicated service to our children, school staff and community.  We applaud their service and commitment. Seen here is head cook, Roxanne Wright, receiving the award along with her staff.
