Sisseton High School One Act Play headed to State

Sisseton High School’s one act play Conflict by Wade Bradford qualified at the Region competition for the state festi- val in Sioux Falls Feb. 2-4.

Actors Evelyn Fritz, Averee Anderson, Mason Gray, Taylor Snaza and Reed Gray earned outstanding performance med- als as well at the Region competition.

Judges for the contest were Julie Bergan Abraham from the Spotlight Theatre in Brookings, Roger McCafferty, director at Aberdeen Central High School and Kane Anderson from Northern State University.

Also advancing to the state festival from Region Four is Aberdeen Roncalli. Other schools in the region are Milbank, Redfield, Webster and Great Plains Lutheran.

Director of the play is Sharon Prendergast.
