Sisseton Area Women’s Connection meeting Apr. 22

Sisseton Area Women’s Connection will be meeting on Wednesday, Mar. 22, at the Assembly of God Family Life Center, West Highway 10, Sisseton, at 9:30 a.m. Coffee and snack will be provided. There is a small cost. Contact Reva Cordie for a reservation at 605-237-0497. Reservations are desired, but walk-ins are welcome. Come and bring a friend. It’s open to all women and a great opportunity to have fellowship with others in our surrounding community.

Speaker will be Karen Anderson of Minnetonka, MN. She will be sharing “From Darkness to Light.” Karen grew up in an alcoholic family. She talks about her feelings of insecurity and being unloved as a result of growing up with an alcoholic father. As a teenager she got into the darkness of cult and drugs.
