On Thursday, June 12, the Roberts County Sheriff’s Office released the following:
In reference to our June 5, 2025 public safety alert regarding Jordan Biddell Jr., the Roberts County Sheriff's Office is providing an update on efforts to apprehend this dangerous individual.
On the evening of June 11, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., deputies with the Roberts County Sheriff's Office, in coordination with the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Police and the Sisseton City Police Department, attempted to take Jordan Biddell Jr. into custody on active warrants related to Aggravated Assault and Robbery in the First Degree while he was in a parked vehicle.
