Fladland charged with murder

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced on Wednesday, July 9, that a Clark man had been charged with First-Degree Murder and Second-Degree Murder in the death of a Clark resident on Tuesday, July 8.

According to Jackley, Bowen Fladland was arrested Tuesday after a deceased female was found at a Clark residence. Fladland is being held in the Codington County Jail in Watertown.
