Community Foundation Donates to Lake Traverse Animal Rezcue

The Sisseton Area Community Foundation (SACF) recently donated $3,000 to the Lake Traverse Animal Rezcue (LTAR) to help provide spay/neuter clinics, vaccinations and miscellaneous veterinary care for small animals in the Sisseton area. LTAR Volunteer Alisa Fonder (left) and SACF President Dennis Jensen (right) are shown with some of the puppies currently in LTAR’s care. The Sisseton Area Community Foundation accepts donations that are placed in an endowed fund with the South Dakota Community Foundation.
