Author event with Diane Wilson and Jon Coy in Browns Valley on May 8

Authors Diane Wilson and John Coy, two of the four contributors to the book Where We Come From, will discuss their collaboration in three in-person presentations at Browns Valley Public School on Thursday, May 8. Programs will take place at 1:20-1:50 p.m. (grades K-2), 1:55-2:25 p.m. (grades 3-5), and 2:30-3:20 pm. (grades 6-8). The presentations are free and open to the public.

The classroom visits are in conjunction with One Book | One Minnesota, a statewide virtual book club that invites people of all ages to read a common title and come together virtually to enjoy, reflect, and discuss. This is the first time since its inception in 2020 that the book club has included presentations to selected schools, and Browns Valley Public School is proud to have been chosen to host Wilson and Coy. The events are co-sponsored by the school, Browns Valley Public Library, and Viking Library System.
