It is listed on the National Historic Register. The museum tells the story of a Norwegian immigrant family through three generations—from fishermen in Norway, to homesteaders on the Dakota prairie, to main street entrepreneurs in the new town of Sisseton, SD.For more on this story and many more please purchase a copy of the Sisseton Courier on news stands now or purchase a copy of the E-edtion on this website
