4-H Achievement Days Held

Emmett Strasser was this year’s winner of the Don Grimsrud Memorial Award for Grand Champion Overall Beef. He is pictured with his Charolais market steer on Wednesday, Aug. 7, during the Roberts County 4-H Achievement Days. On Wednesday, live animals and static exhibits were on display for the public to view, a style show was held, and the public enjoyed the 4-H BBQ dinner and the livestock sale. Live animal and static exhibits were judged Monday-Wednesday, Aug. 5-7. All events took place at the 4-H grounds southwest of Sisseton.
