Sharon Rolstad is the cream of the cream of the crop when it comes to FSA office employees. The Roberts County Executive Director was nominated by her office staff for the Distinguished Service to FSA Award from the SD Association of FSA County Employees. Not only did she win the award at the state level, but also at the regional level, and then was selected as the one and only national winner.
