Sisseton Volleyball Team falls to Sargent Co.

The Sisseton Redmen Volleyball Team fell to the Sargent County Bulldogs 2-3 (25-22, 21-25, 25-23, 17-25 and 10-15) on Monday, Oct. 28, at Ben Reifel Gym in Sisseton.

Sisseton was led by junior Elliot Hortness’ 12 kills, 10-10 serving, 12 digs, 2 assists and 2 blocks. Saylor Langager added 11 kills, 1 dig and 1 block. Krista Langager chipped in with 10 kills, 18-19 serving with 2 aces, 2 assists and 10 digs. Alexia Quinn had 7 kills, 13-14 serving with 1 ace, 5 assists and 9 digs. Piper Goodhart had 20 assists setting the ball and 4 digs. Tara Nelson had 15 assists setting the ball, 11 digs, and went 19-21 serving with 3 aces.
