The Sisseton Lady Redmen traveled to Watertown on Thursday, Mar. 6, to take on the Hamlin Chargers in the SoDak 16 at the Watertown High School Arena.

The Redmen got on the scoreboard first, with the Chargers responding quickly with points of their own. Every time the Redmen would tie the game up, the Chargers would rebound back to get the score close again. The back and forth led to a 24-22 Charger lead at halftime. In the second half, the Chargers had the lead through most of it until six minutes left in the fourth quarter when the Redmen took the lead by two. The Redmen found a couple of the starters in foul trouble late in the game that left the door open for the Chargers to take the lead back late in the game and finish with the 55-47 win to head to the State A tournament.
