Sisseton Girls move to 10-0 with win over Richland

The Sisseton Redmen girls basketball team moved to 10-0 with a 62-33 win over the Richland Colts on Monday, Jan. 23, in Richland.

Sisseton got off to a slow start, leading 11-9 at the end of the first quarter. They jumped out to a 28-18 lead at half-time and went on to win 62-33.

Sisseton was led by Hannah Leverson’s 22 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Leverson also scored her 1000th point in the game. Krista Langager hit for 12 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, and had 2 assists, 3 steals and 4 blocks. Chloe Langager added 10 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals.
