Sisseton competes in Border Battle Cross Country Meet
The Sisseton Redmen Boys and Girls Cross Country Team competed in the Border Battle Cross Country Meet on Saturday, Sept. 27, in Grand Forks, ND.
Tanaeya Wanna set the pace for the Redmen Girls, taking 126th place in a time of 23:37.4. Katie Spatz came in 130th in a time of 23:40.6, Aubrey Guy took 133rd in a time of 23:44.7, Ivory LaBatte took 148th in a time of 24:09.3, and Izabell Ceroll came in 165th in a time of 24:26.1.
Bret Hansen led the way for the Redmen Boys, taking 45th place in a time of 18:04.1. Ryder Graff ran the race in 18:30.0 to take 62nd, Noah Estwick took 79th place in a time of 18:52.6, and Derrick Flute came in 279th in a time of 23:36.3.
Sisseton will travel to Webster on Thursday, Oct. 9, to compete in the NEC Meet, and compete in the Region 1A Meet on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
