Sisseton boys fall to Aberdeen Roncalli

The Sisseton Redmen Boys Basketball Team fell to the Aberdeen Roncalli Cavaliers 34-47 in a Northeast Conference matchup on Thursday, Jan. 27, in Sisseton.

Sisseton got off to a slow start and trailed 0-10 in the opening minutes of the game, but cut Roncalli’s lead to 14-5 by the end of the first quarter. Sisseton had a big second quarter, scoring 17 points to Roncalli’s 8 to make it 22-22 at halftime. Roncalli came out hot in the third quarter and took a 38-26 lead at the end of the third quarter and never looked back to close out the game 47-34 over Sisseton.
