Sisseton Boys earn hard fought victory over Deuel

The Sisseton Redmen Boys Basketball Team scored a hard fought victory over the Deuel Cardinals 56-43 on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at Ben Reifel Gym in Sisseton.

Deuel jumped out to a 16-9 lead at the end of the first quarter. Sisseton outscored Deuel 20-13 in the second quarter to tie the game up 29-29 at halftime. Sisseton outscored Deuel 27-14 in the second half to bring home the victory.

Derrick Flute led the way for the Redmen with 22 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. Carter Stickland connected for 10 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
