Norma J. "Toots" Mannin, age 79, of Inver Grove Heights, MN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on October 1, 2025.
A Celebration of Norma's Life will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2025, with a short remembrance service at 6:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights, MN.
