Funeral services for Francis Reginald Charging Cloud, best known as Punchie, 66 years old, of Peever, SD, formerly of Wakpala, SD, was held Monday, September 21, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Big Coulee District Center. Burial followed at the Ascension Presbyterian Church, Big Coulee, SD.

Wake Service was Sunday, September 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Big Coulee District Center.

Prayer Service was Friday, September 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the home.
