Elaine C. Valnes, 99, of Bremerton, WA, passed away on June 28, 2022. Born on May 17, 1923 in Lake Traverse, SD to Arthur and Christine (Vassen) Smith,.

Interment was held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held at Lewis Funeral Chapel on November 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
