E. Marie (Post) Anderson passed away March 3, 2021, at Tekakwitha Living Center.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 9, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. for everyone at the Cahill Funeral Chapel, and a private funeral will be held Wednesday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cahill Funeral Chapel in Sisseton.

Funeral services for Sheila (Jarman) Faber were held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Peever Community Center in Peever, SD with Pastor Adam Oiser officiating.

Interment was in the Peever Cemetery, Peever, SD. There was visitation one hour prior to the funeral service at Peever Community Center.

David William Berndt, 68 of Lidgerwood, ND, passed away March 4, 2021 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Frank Family Funeral Home, Lidgerwood, ND. Burial with military honors will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Lidgerwood.

Funeral and burial was held Saturday, March 6, 2021 with visitation at 9:30 a.m. and funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 525 Chestnut Street E., Sisseton, SD 57262.

Bette Ann Andes Hill, 69 of Bountiful, UT, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 7, 2021, following complications related to septic shock.

Bette’s cremains will be laid to rest at the Sisseton Cemetery, Sisseton, SD, alongside her mother, father, and brother.

Frances Lorretta Johnson, 90, of Eden, SD, passed at the Bethesda home in Webster, SD, on February 18, 2021. Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Cahill Funeral Chapel from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Private family service was held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. Henry Halbert was the officiate. Memorial Service will be held in the spring at which time burial will be in the Lake City Cemetery, Lake City, SD. Pastor Vern Donnell will officiate.

Margaret W. I. Stowe, 90, of New Effington, SD, passed away peacefully at St. Gerard’s Community of Care in Hankinson, ND on Sunday, February 21, 2021.

Funeral services were Thursday, February 25, at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in New Effington officiated by Vicar Karie Geyer.

Visitation was Thursday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial was in the Garden of Rest Cemetery, New Effington.

Harvey LeRoy Danek, of Comanche, OK formerly of Sisseton SD, 86 years old. Passed from this earth on February 21, 2021.

The funeral service was held at Bailes Polk Funeral Home in Duncan, OK on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Don Byerly officiating. There was visitation at the same location beginning Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. His family was present to welcome loved ones.

He was buried at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK that same day at 2:00 p.m. with full military honors.
