On Sunday, October 12, more than 50 American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) members from District 5 gathered at St. Peter’s Catholic Church for their annual meeting, hosted this year by Sisseton. The meeting included a presentation by ALA National President Pam Ray, the first time a national president has attended.

The meeting was filled with some of the most dedicated ALA members, including the current state president, Susie Learing, as well as several past state presidents and other state, district, and unit officers.
