Sisseton’s Tekakwitha Living Center has a new administrator. Rachel Holler, a native of Roslyn, SD, began her new job on Dec. 28. She will be dividing her time between Tekakwitha and the Strand-Kjorsvig Living Center in Roslyn. It’s a dream come true.
