Celebration of Life Service for Troy A. Opsal, 59, of Peever, SD, was held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Family Life Assembly of God Church, Sisseton, SD, with the Rev. Vern Donnell officiating.

There was visitation at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Interment was in the Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux Veterans Cemetery,
