Sisseton girls get third straight win

The Sisseton Redmen girls basketball team got its third straight win on Friday, Jan. 7, 57-52 in overtime, over the Groton Tigers.

Sisseton’s Hannah Leverson had 21 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals to lead the Redmen. Emmalee Nielsen added 12 points, grabbed 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Hailey Nelson hit 10 points and 1 assist. Tara Nelson had 8 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and had 1 assist and 5 steals.
