Sisseton City Council meets twice to discuss effects of COVID-19 closures and procedures

The Sisseton City Council met in Special Session on Monday, Mar. 23 and Wednesday, Mar. 25, both at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall to discuss what needed to be done to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Mayor Jaspers called the meeting to order on Monday at 6:30 p.m. stating that it was a COVID-19 meeting. Jaspers read Governor Noem’s Executive Order that she had made early that day.
