Schools grapple with decisions over fall education scenarios

School district staff all over the state, and the entire country, are grappling with how to safely open up K-12 schools this fall, in the midst of on-going concerns over a novel coronavirus that doesn’t seem to want to go away.
In South Dakota, the authorities of each school are allowed to make their own decision about how, and whether, to open schools to on-site learning.
