Roundabout highway 10 and 8th avenue east sculptor install (video)

The sculpture of three horses running was installed Thursday July 2 on Highway 10 and 8th Avenure East in Sisseton South Dakota. Sorry video is shake as i was trying to do video and camera work and forgot my tripod.
