Thirteen Roberts County 4-H BB gun shooters participated in the Rushmore National BB Gun Invitational held on July 1-3, 2021 in Fort Pierre, SD.

The National BB Gun championship usually held annually in Arkansas was unfortunately cancelled in 2021, and Fort Pierre volunteered to host a national invitational open to any team in the country. Competitors between the ages of 8 to 15 years old were eligible to participate.
