Panels Missing

Can you tell the difference between the two photos of the Sisseton Arts Council’s fence sculpture near Anderson Park? The 2018 photo shows the completed sculpture that was coordinated by visiting artist Markus Trace, and involved several local artists, including Bryan Akipa. Bryan had designed and painted the two end panels that were attached to the north and south sides of the design. Unfortunately (as you can see in the 2021 photo), the panels were removed by someone (without permission) and are now missing.
